Welcome
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) with almost a decade of experience. I received my masters degree from New York University and post-master’s training at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP) Child & Adolescent Program, where I now serve as a guest lecturer.
Current Offerings:
Perinatal Psychotherapy
Welcoming a new baby can bring joy, but it can also stir up unexpected challenges- anxiety, mood changes, identity shifts, and overwhelm. I provide compassionate, specialized support for individuals from pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Parent Consultation
Parenthood is a roller coaster of the most joyful, anxiety-inducing, and hair-pulling moments (figuratively and literally). I support parents in nurturing and empowering both their little ones and themselves. Using a lens of early child development and family systems, I provide concrete tools and strategies to understand and optimize behaviors, strengthen social-emotional resilience and further build connection.
Common challenges include:
Anxiety (SPACE trained)
Tantrums
Life Transitions
Acute Trauma
Sleep Difficulties
Sibling Discord
Other behavioral challenges (defiance, whining, aggression)
Individual/Group Supervision for MSW & PsyD Students
I am SIFI certified with over a decade of clinical and supervisory experience. I offer supportive and reflective supervision for graduate students to build clinical skills, deepen self-awareness, and navigate the challenges of the work as you grow into your professional roles.
